The crazy city of Las Vegas, Nevada. 2Pac died there. Mike Tyson dined (on Holyfield’s ear) there. And the best dance artists on earth spin there. So what better place than Las Vegas to launch an EDM station?
CBS Radio Rocker X107.5 recently got a fancy new HD2 and slapped on some phat beats that they lovingly call “Sin 107.5”. The station plays all the best in ecstacy-dropping, glow-stick waving, driving-your-kids-to-school-a-little-faster…ing tracks from artists like Avicii, Tiesto and Hardwell. Soon after that, they flipped the switch for streaming on their Radio.com app – one of the first dance stations on the service? Game on.
X107.5/Sin 107.5 Program Director Charese Fruge wanted a streaming/pre-roll spot that would immediately get attention. Fruge sent over a 30 second promo they have been airing on their rock station, and after hearing the audio (produced by X107.5’s MD/Middays Chris Jackson), we knew this would be fun.
The spot, which you can find in our Portfolio section, features laser lights, glitches, twitches, spinning, flashes, lens flares, and total visual destruction – all of which fit organically with the existing promo audio. By far one of the most ambitious, explosive, and visually mind-screwing spots we’ve made to date!
Give the station a listen yourself, and congrats to Charese and the team at CBS Radio Las Vegas on the launch!
